Healthy dessert for weight loss


This recipe has only 4 ingredients.

This dessert will help to speed up the metabolism. It takes only four ingredients – grapefruit, honey, almonds and cinnamon.

All you need is:

1 grapefruit,
2 teaspoons of honey,
30-40 grams of almonds and
1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Cut grapefruit on halves, and cut out each half a little at the bottom so it can be placed flat on the baking pan. Pour half teaspoon of honey, add grinded almonds and then sprinkle the cinnamon on top of it.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees, put grapefruit in a baking dish and bake for five minutes.
